FORMER PLAYBOY MODEL SUES BILL COSBY FOR DRUGGING AND SEXUALLY ASSAULTING HER IN 1969

Since the beginning of the #MeToo movement, more than 50 women, including Valentino, have accused Bill of a sex crime, such as rape, sexual assault, and harassment.

Bill Cosby  is being sued by a former Playboy model for allegedly drugging and abusing her in 1969. According to the Associated Press, Victoria Valentino, 80, sued the actor and comedian in California on Thursday, June 1.

According to court documents, Victoria was one of two victims in the event; the name of the other lady is still unknown. The 80-year-old claimed in the lawsuit that she first met Cosby roughly 54 years ago in a café in Los Angeles. Valentino was lamenting the drowning death of her 6-year-old son at the time. She claims that Bill Cosby came up to her while she was sobbing and offered to pay for Valentino and a friend to get a spa treatment. He allegedly provided the women with a chauffeured car later on to take them to a steakhouse for supper.

According to Valentino’s claim, Cosby handed both ladies an unknown tablet while they were eating and said, “Here take this…You’ll feel better, and we’ll all feel better, too. It appears that both ladies accepted the supplied tablets. Cosby reportedly drove both ladies to his house after supper. Valentino asserts that she collapsed on a couch after entering the residence. Later, when she awoke, Cosby was reportedly abusing her friend sexually. He then went on to Valentino, attacking her as well as she was unable to defend herself, presumably due to the effects of the medication. Cosby, in the words of Valentino, “engaged in forced sexual intercourse.”

It’s unknown what transpired after the claimed assaults or whether each lady got in touch with Bill as a result of the events. According to her lawsuit, Cosby should face a jury trial for the assaults. Victoria also requests “unspecified punitive damages,” according to the AP.
