The launch of a fund to assist Black and Latinx business owners across the United States was announced by Kevin Hart’s tequila company. The launch of The Coramino Fund is announced by Gran Coramino Tequila, the brand that was established by the entrepreneur and actor Kevin Hart and the 11th-generation tequila maker Juan Domingo Beckmann. The program of giving back that they started with the help of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) includes this initiative. The $500,000 fund will be used to assist Black and Latinx small business owners and entrepreneurs across the nation.

In addition, Gran Coramino Tequila will contribute $1 to its giveback program, which helps Black and Latinx entrepreneurs in the United States and Mexico, for every bottle that is sold. The Beckmann Foundation, which oversees the brand’s impact programming in Tequila, Mexico, will launch its entrepreneurship programming in spring 2023. The two owners have formed a partnership with LISC to assist in the development of a sustainable giveback program that takes pride in providing small businesses in the United States with financial resources and learning opportunities. This funding to support Black and Latinx businesses not only benefits entrepreneurs but also brings vital jobs, goods, services, and energy to communities.
